Refund policy
We're sure you're going to love your new effe-ti swimwear, but if you unpack it and find out that it somehow does not meet your expectations and it isn’t right for you, you should send us an email to returns@effe-ti.com immediately, so we can check and authorize the return. You have 14 days from the delivery date to inform us about your order cancellation and 30 days to bring your return to the post (it needs to be postmarked/tracking ID within these 30 days).

· Products must unused with a tag still attached and in the original packaging.
· We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. Depending on the original payment it may take up to a few weeks to see the refund on your account.
· The refund’s amount does not include shipping costs or customs fees from the vendor to the customer and from the customer to the vendor.

Refund Process
As long as the bottles have not been used, we will issue a full refund in 7 days once the item has arrived safely to effe-ti warehouse. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as effe-ti does not offer free returns.
Effe-ti cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, so we strongly recommend using a tracking code service when posting returns.
Arrived damaged?
In an unlikely event that you receive a flawed or damaged product, please send us an email at returns@effe-ti.com with images documenting the flaw you discovered within 7 working days after the delivery date.
Please do not send any damaged products back to us, but send an email with images and we will review them and approve a free replacement if eligible.
